The Java 8 from adoptopenjdk is deprecated.

We have to update to a new source for the installation.
We have to install Hail 0.2.120 or later for faster hadoop listing.
Waiting on Hail 0.2.121's release in early September so we don't have to wait for a long time for an error in Hail Batch.
Two issues related to our Batch run: hail-is/hail#13500 & hail-is/hail#13502
