This PR is part of the non-code coverage for brimdata/brimcap#113.
This "Remote Workspaces" article was the one place in the Brim wiki docs where
brimcap loadwas referenced. Since the "a la carte" combination ofbrimcap analyze,brimcap index, andzapi loadalready exist, the updates here can be merged right away to start setting user guidance in advance of the ultimate removal ofbrimcap loadas part of the work planned for brimdata/brimcap#113.I made a couple other small adjustments while I was at it.
