Camera controls

WASD: movement
Arrow keys: look around
Minus or keypad minus: decrease number of steps
Plus or keypad plus: increase number of steps
Left control: move, look around, decrease steps and increase steps 5 times quicker
Left alt: move, look around, decrease steps and increase steps 5 times slower
