Describe the issue you encountered:
When importing the Bookmarks from Chrome from HTML File to Brave Browser it shows the Wrong Date and Time.
Expected behavior:
Show the Correct Time and Date

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
    Win 8.1 x64

  • Brave Version:
    0.12.8

  • Steps to reproduce:
    1.Export Bookmarks from Chrome to HTML File.
    2.Import the Bookmarks from the Exported HTML File
    3.Check the Bookmarks Bar in Brave

  • Screenshot if needed:
    bbm

  • Any related issues:
