Selecting Filecoin on Testnet shows Filecoin on Mainnet in send screen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Filecoin on Testnet
2. Select Send
3. Shows token selection screen
4. Filter networks to show only testnet tokens
5. Select Testnet Filecoin
6. Send screen shows address of Filecoin account starting with f1 instead of t1

Actual result:

FIL.on.Mainnet.MP4

Expected result:

Should always show the testnet token if selected
