Brave Rewards button is covered

Description

The button at the bottom of Brave Rewards button is covered and I can't scroll down to see it.
This is most like due to longer texts in Polish language.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set Polish language
2. Open a website
3. Click on Brave Rewards button

Actual result:

Expected result:

I should be able to scroll down to see the button at the bottom.

Brave version (brave://version info)

Reproducible on current release:

• Does it reproduce on brave-browser dev/beta builds?
  Wersja 0.60.19 Chromium: 72.0.3626.81

Website problems only:

• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields?
• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome?
