Extremely slow response during Filecoin transactions

Steps to Reproduce

1. Import Filecoin from Ledger
2. Submit a Send transaction from Filecoin Ledger
3. UI response is extremely slow for Authorize,Submit

Actual result:

Extremely slow response during Filecoin transactions

Expected result:

Changes in UI should show a loading/waiting indicator when it takes times to process
