This directory is structured as follow:

• source: contain the original data. Not exported on Github
• data: contain the processed data, generated by code/data-processing.R, used to run the analysis and generate figures. Not exported on Github
• code: R code
• figures: figures generated by the R code
• tables: tables generated by the R code
