The Oracle codesigning certificate for VBoxGuestAdditions expired in December 2016 This commit replaces it with the new one from the 5.1.16 ISO Signedoff-by: Richard Nixon <richard.nixon@btinternet.com>

This commit replaces it with the new one from the 5.1.16 ISO
Note:
It would be possible instead to retrieve it from the ISO image directly during the install process.
