Add welcoming screen views

Overview

This pull request introduces the welcoming screens. This screen will be showed right after when a new user registers.

Changes Made

1. Welcoming Screen 1

• A Screen that asks user to add profile picture.
• It is optional to select the picture in this screen.

2. Welcoming Screen 2

• A Screen that asks user to select the tag to make system able to give customer related feed.
• It is compulsary to select a tag on this screen.

2. Main Button Component

• A Button Component that can be used throughout the application.
