The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
Lencioni lists dysfunctions of a team at 5 basic points.
1-) Absence of Trust
This is the biggest barrier to team success he said. Trusting your teammates and work is the very key point.
2-) Fear of Conflict
He mentions that conflict is very beneficial if you use it as a tool for constructing new ideas.
3-) Lack of Commitment
Even if you are not supporting the idea of a your teammate , you should commit to the decision taken by others.
4-) Avoidance of Accountability
If there are people who avoid taking responsibility in your foundation, you may think of taking necessary precautions.
5-) Inattention to Results
If you don't want your team lose in business , your team should not disregard any consequences obtained during process.
Leaders should be vulnerable but not fake it , he stressed.
