DEV-1619 (BUG) Messenger 400 error on caroussel with no buttons
When sending a caroussel message on the Facebook Messenger channel, if the caroussel doesn't have any buttons a 400 error will happen when calling the Messenger API and the message will not be sent. This could be solved by adding a dummy button, or possibly by upgrading our outdated Messenger API version from 3.2 to 10.0 |

Differences with old setup : need to provide appId and pageId, need to upgrade the API version to 12 in the dashboard
Despite making a jump from version 3.2 to 12.0 of the messenger api, mostly everything seems to work the same
