First pre-release, v1.0.0

First release, should run with no issues on most machines given some basic requirements:

• Windows 64-bit
• GPU with support for at least OpenGL 4.3
• Potentially a Visual C++ Runtime installed? This version should be statically linked, but some machines I've tested on have had issues.
