Feature update v0.2.0

New features:

• New settings menu added with the option to set the app to open when the computer boots and options to report a bug or suggest a feature.
• String length limit added to labels so that windows with long names don't force the menu to be extremely wide.

New libraries:

• mslinks (v1.0.7) Added to support the open on start-up setting as it requires creating a link (.lnk) in %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup to the Pin-App executable
