  • This PR replaces the existing standard name dictionary with one generated from standard_name_helper.py. For organizational purposes (not necessarily long-term), the added standard names are organized by GFS DDT and alphabetized.
  • The Diag and Interstitial DDTs are not represented in this version (except for a small subset that is needed to avoid naming conflicts with variables from the other DDTs)
  • This XML used to update the SCM metadata using standard_name_helper.py and output is B4B between old and new names
