This PR prevents toolboxes to float.

There seems to be problmes with floating toolboxes in Qt6 and I did not manage to make it work. Hiding the problem intead of fixing it...

Closes #678

tested and confirmed. Although I liked the floating toolboxes principle, it won't help if it is broken.
