IRC Meeting Cheat Sheet

The IRC meeting is every Thursday at 14:00 UTC (with some exceptions for skipping due to CoreDev).
The following is the general script used for running the meeting, text in code formatting
can be pasted in directly.

- Working group updates are fixed topics. Do them one by one and ping the group leads. See https://github.com/bitcoin-core/bitcoin-devwiki/wiki/Working-Groups#current-working-groups
- Around the time of a release, remind people about feature freeze and the release. Possibly replace ad-hoc priorities with a release priorities, e.g.

- When most recent topic appears to be finished, and there are no other topics, ask if there are any further topics

- Around the time of holidays, and also CoreDev events, ask about skipping the next meeting(s).
