@Foggalong I pushed a new commit, can you try this? |
Errors. Errors everywhere.
|
Those errors are not due to Hardcode Tray
I will fix the other issue right now |
This should be fixed now |
|
Give it a try now? I can not really test this on my desktop as i don't have any indicator working (trying a beta version of wingpanel on elementary OS) |
That's alright :)
|
Updated again |
|
Is there something else I need to do to make the status icons show up? It's saying they've been fixed but the owncloud is still ugly :( |
The script worked fine, just need to check two things. Can you share the result of |
I found out the issue, i forgot to update the |
I guess the script is little bit too verbose, maybe we should throw away the |
You're right about the |
But still not fixed :( |
I just need the result of |
I guess there's no difference between my folder and @Foggalong s |
I just checked in my new installation and everytiong works fine. @Foggalong can you reinstall sni-qt? |
btw @wa4557 i removed unneeded identical messages in my latest commit |
@bil-elmoussaoui Agreed that owncloud works for me! (By compiling owncloud myself I was able to see the ugly icons before, but not anymore) |
@Foggalong Seeing that you have skype installed. Does changing the skype icons work? |
Reinstalled and still nothing working :/ |
@Foggalong can you try the skype icons ? Just to be sure that's an owncloud issue and not a script or sni-qt one |
Yeah, Skype isn't fixing either :( as you can see it's not even showing up in the scripts output |
That's probably because you're not using the latest numix version :P |
You were right! Skype is now working 💃 |
That's cool! Still need to fix this issue, just need to know which version of Owncloud client you're using so i can test this on my desktop |
owncloud-client : 7.0~beta1+really1.6.4+dfsg-1 : amd64 |
@Foggalong Your version is too old :P The latest version is 1.8.3 can you update and try again ? |
I'd not updated to the latest because I was having problems with 1.7.x (I think that version) but done so now - still not fixed though :( |
I'm out of ideas :/ What distro are you using? i'm going to test it and see how can i fix this |
Xubuntu 15.04 :( |
@Foggalong It's working for me :P i'm using sni-qt version |
sni-qt:amd64 | 0.2.7-0 I'm running the same version and it's still not working :( |
I used xubuntu 14.04 instead of 15.04 :/ is this might affect the result? i don't think so.. |
Latest bug
|
should be fixed now |
ownCloud still not fixing for me :( |
I have no idea how to deal with that :( can you try reinstalling numix @wa4557 had an issue with some icons, reinstalling Numix did fix the issue |
Reinstalling didn't work :( |
Can you do those 2 steps :
|
|
There's no folder like that |
Nope, not at the moment :/ |
Whut, Owncloud is still open? If you close it, reopen it again as this folder is removed once the application is closed |
omg |
I closed it and opened it and it's suddenly using the right icons |
You know what we say in my country, if something does not work just restart it it will work for sure haha! |
Happy to see those beautiful Numix icons in your desktop 👍 , i will close this now |
Can you open a new issue for that please? |
