As mentioned in #1981, continue GenomicRDD → GenomicDataset refactoring by renaming org.bdgenomics.adam.rdd package org.bdgenomics.adam.ds and consider moving ADAMContext up a package to org.bdgenomics.adam.

On further research, moving ADAMContext up a package to org.bdgenomics.adam would be difficult, there are too many cyclic dependencies.
