  • Release POG to production (for heat mining rewards
    only, PODC is still live) at block 100,001
  • After block 100,000 minimum transaction relay fees increase (to
    correct the absurdly low fees)
  • At block 106,150 we vote to retire or not retire PODC (making the POG
    budget bigger)
