Generalize the two-sided state limitation from density (Euler) to general conservative variables of arbitrary equations.

TODO:

  • Rename variable parameter: Maybe use variables_pos_cons and variables_pos_nonlinear for positivity and variables_state_cons for state limiting(?)
  • Remove boolean parameter (state_tvd/positivity)? Add default value length(...) > 0?
