For the person on Ops, could you confirm whether a juypter notebook was run to alter this from a BEN to a LTD? If it was run, the info wasn't sent back to Oracle. If it wasn't run, can you run it please?

Ok, so the API explicitly blocks any alteration isn't -> BEN. That must have slipped requirements not taking into account the other alterations that need to be done. I'd suggest this ticket 7675 to change that to non-staff get restricted and that staff can do any alteration we can manage.

To complete this filing, the following steps will be done:

• save the filing directly via the model (not direct to the DB), not through the API
• place it on the Q
• unaffiliated the business
• remove from auth, blocking it from being affiliated
• manually post invoice, and add the returned payment_id to filing
• check to see if the colin job picked it up and copied it to COLIN

@thor SOFI looks okay, but cannot search the company in the business registry app. We need to be able to search it to retrieve documents.

Yeah, afaik, once you go from BEN -> Ltd you no longer "show" in our system. You have to go look in colin.
Check box 3 makes that happen ( [x] unaffiliated the business)

I think we are done with this alteration!They are unaffiliated in the BC Business Registry, and everything looks good in COLIN (at a first glance). Would you two mind reviewing BC1291871 in COLIN and let me know how everything looks?
They don't have alteration outputs in COLIN, let me know if you need them and I can get them for you.
