* Don't start deps, just load the minimum and start the riak_api_sup. * Move unused deps-traversal into riak_api_test_util.

Instead of fixing those other issues with deps (which are more of a moving target), I changed it to only start the minimum number of deps, namely, just lager. /cc @Vagabond |
