Catch download doesn't work on Chromium (again) #295

This bug actually existed since v4, but I've only had time to report it now.

Tested on Chromium, Brave, Vivaldi.

Manually compiled v3.3.4 and there it works flawlessly.

Same as baptistecdr/aria2-extensions#21.

I'm sorry to break this feature (again). on Firefox it seems to work for me. I will investigate on Chromium browser why this problem occur.
