Need to add support to convert Boishakhi Text into Unicode.

I would like to work on it. I can see that the char map is already added. What issues are remaining for this task?

@aniruddha-adhikary can you please add the test for this issue? I think that I've got a potential fix.

Added support for "।" (দাঁড়ি) Issue#Boishakhi -> Unicode Symbols #4 (#8)

* Added Support for "।" (দাঁড়ি) 

Just mapped the Unicode point of  "।"(দাঁড়ি) with the corresponding "Boishakhi" key.

* Remapped "।" (দাঁড়ি)

Fixed  my initial mistake about the mapping of "।"

* added test for "।" (দাঁড়ি)

Added the required test for "।" (দাঁড়ি)
