- A Yes. We received feedback regarding captioning and have
implemented to our Keynotes and Breakout sessions.
- Q Does the event team plan to use feedback from this event's
attendees, speakers, and volunteers to improve DEI at future events?
- A Yes. We review all feedback received, discuss as a team, and
implement changes or suggestions as needed. At the Event Team Face to Face
meeting we had breakout sessions for various topics, one of which was DEI
and then the group reported out their ideas, discussion topics, and
suggestions to the wider team. This will be an on-going process to share
best practices for equity and inclusion at our events.
- Q How can attendees learn more about accessibility at the event?
- A The Diversity + Inclusion page (

of our event website lists on site resources such as All-gender Restrooms,

- A There is a tech support and contact button for attendees to
connect directly with MeetingPlay. Attendees can also direct their
feedback, questions and suggestions to the event team directly.
- Q Will the event platform be accessible to attendees and speakers
after the event?
- A Yes, the event platform MeetingPlay will be available 24/7 for all
registered attendees and speakers up to 45 days post event. Recordings of
keynotes and sessions will also be uploaded to YouTube by Nov. 14.
