In an effort to boost maintainability and modularity, axelar-local-dev v2 has undergone a restructuring and is now split into three separate packages:

• @axelar-network/axelar-local-dev
• @axelar-network/axelar-local-dev-near
• @axelar-network/axelar-local-dev-aptos

Users testing cross-chain transactions between EVM to EVM chains should not experience any differences with this update.
