Overview
This change replaces the custom orange button in the dashboard with the Cloudscape button. As part of this change, a new protected package "@iot-app-kit/atoms" is introduced. While minimal now, it will serve as the foundation for shared atomic components for the whole repo.
Also, the change fixes a bug in the last change leading to the "clean" task being run after a "cached" build in the GH actions, wiping out the dist needed for packing.
