[Feature Request] Add support for passing UA #132

About the Request
UA is one of the ways to tag request made via a client (SDK) to S3, FS like S3A has way to set fs.s3a.user.agent.prefix so for requests made from this plugin to S3Control we loose this audit feature if such a feature is not honoured.
S3A has added this feature to use this plugin (still in trunk)
- HADOOP-19050. Add S3 Access Grants Support in S3A apache/hadoop#6544 (comment)
will make changes in S3A to wire in this flag once hooks via this flag is exposed via Plugin
