fix: r7gd support

Reason for this change

Apparently with R7GD support, the tests and logic for instance storage wasn't changed. So if you try to use R7GD instances in OpenSearch domains with EBS disabled it still complains you cannot use it.

Added R7GD to the list of instances that have instance storage versus EBS storage.
