fix(cli): resolve undefined in cdk deploy output

Reason for this change

There seems to be an undefined being returned in the output.

Description of changes

A check has been added to see if stackName has been defined.

Thanks for the PR @meve, can you add testing for this? You should be able to write a CLI integ test and assert that the Stack Name is printed in the terminal logs when running cdk deploy
