Reason for this change

Elastic inference is in EOL, and is no longer available. As such, these properties are being deprecated, and will eventually be removed entirely.

Marked TaskDefinitionProps.inferenceAccelerators and TaskDefinition.addInferenceAccelerator() as deprecated to prevent their creation.
