Description of changes:

Added the g4dn family.

This Docker image is built off aws/amazon-vpc-cni-k8s@813f282
from PR aws/amazon-vpc-cni-k8s#621 which
makes EKS work with G4 instances.

Once an official image has been released, eksctl should switch to
that instead of using this temporary image.
