Description of changes:
This PR drops the MemorySize to 128Mb, which is more cost efficient for PoCa and does not need a service quota request to deploy.
The MemorySize specified in this repo in 10240Mb. Many customers will not be able to successfully deploy this without a) a deploy error and b) manually replacing the MemorySize with a smallest limit or requesting a service quota increase.
