Public Preview v0.13.0

Welcome to the public preview for OpenTelemetry JavaScript for AWS X-Ray This version tracks version 0.13.0 of the upstream OpenTelemetry JavaScript SDK. Check out the Getting Started docs to learn how to use the components and let us know if you run into any issues. These components are configured within the global tracer to generate AWS X-Ray compatible trace IDs and enables AWS Trace Header propagation format.
