replace sprig (unmaintained) with go-sprout/sprout (replacement)

Hi everyone, Sprig are a templating package unmaintained and not updated as all, sprout are the replacement of the package, following references:

• Last commit on Nov 2022
• is this still supported? Masterminds/sprig#396 No response since 6 months
• Motivation of Sprout (new)
