Bug RHEL-45200(libvirt-10.8.0) start to reject huge average values larger than '18014398509481984', so change the test value and error msg.

Before:
rhel.virtual_network.iface_update.negative_test.update_qos.average.huge_val (from avocado-vt)
Run '/usr/bin/virsh update-device avocado-vt-vm1 /var/tmp/xml_utils_temp_q82i4l1g.xml ' expect fail, but run successfully.

After:
(1/1) type_specific.io-github-autotest-libvirt.virtual_network.iface_update.negative_test.update_qos.average.huge_val: PASS (9.19 s)
