[WARNING] This document format requires a nonempty <title> element.
Defaulting to 'master' as the title.
To specify a title, use 'title' in metadata or --metadata title="...".

Fix committed. Support added for 1.19+ (need to support this version because it's on 18.04 ubuntu) and 2.0+.
