Dark Theme front page tile style issue #3223

Describe the bug
The tile on the launch page nyxt:new is not displaying the right colors.

It should be like this:
Dark theme
background → action #571FD2
text → text+ #FFFFFF

tile component dark theme

Precise recipe to reproduce the issue
toggle dark theme and observe the front page
