Convolved SubStructure

The CSS code can be trained in the same manner as the rest of the code, using python -m run.css.train. While the basic setup works fine, there are a few parameters which can be tuned. The range and number of bins for the shapeval (alpha), omega, and the mass can have some impact on the performance. If the mass bins are changed, the training must be run again.

Additionally, a new variable may be decorrelated by adding it to run/css/train.py. Currently, D2 and Tau21 are trained by default, but the procedure should work the same for any input variable.
