1. Start the REST server
2. Start React app

npm run start

In the project directory go to mock-api for start the REST server

Resources http://localhost:8000/quote http://localhost:8000/addons

npm run start

In the project directory go to mock-api for start the REST server

Runs the app in the development mode. Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.
