Publishable applicaiton

@ashokkrish, this release includes the fix for #49 and utilizes the new linearInterpolationOperator function rather than the old, incorrect generateLIO2 function.

I was able to run a simulation with BDA without error and everything looks correct.

You can use this release to publish to ShinyApps.io
