When changing the attrs without changing the URL, a short circuit prevents the SVG from being reprocessed, so the
forceparameter was added, to indicate that the SVG needs to be reprocessed even if the URL has not changed. (A demo with real-time attrs change has been added as well, but it can be changed or removed.)
