SILS mockup は無の c2a-runtime で、executable をビルドすることでリンカのエラーを適切に出すためのもの
しかし、これは事実上 c2a-core でしか使っていないので、optional にする
default workflow にはオプションの追加はしない


          make build SILS mockup optional
