Eventbus installation Error : failed to get nats streaming version

Hi Team,

I was installing argo events as argocd application. I was able to sync the argo events.

I created a separate repo added eventbus, sensor, eventsource file. and created application CRD to apply those into argo-events namespace and now argocd is taking care of this to install in destination namespace. When I tried to install eventbus in argo-events namespace it says error like this:
Can anyone guide me with the same?

Hi @sharadhirao,
the EventBus version should be matching the provided configuration when installing argo-events. Please provide images you want to use in following config NATs or JetStream sections in values.yaml.

Thanks a lot for answer, Its running now after passing nat and jetstream version in the values.yaml

Hi @pdrastil,
One more doubt, I was able to install argo-events and its running. When I try to apply eventsource and sensor the log of workflow controller says this:

"msg":"EventBus not found","namespace":"argo","eventSource":"github-webhook","eventBusName":"default","error":"EventBus.argoproj.io \"default\" not found",

My questions are:

1. I am not getting why its searching in namespace argo not argo-events?
2. Eventbus named default is running, why its not able to find it?
   Any answer would be helpful.

Hi @sharadhirao,
Argo Events is controller that is installed by default with cluster-wide scope for it's resources. Are you sure that the EventBus resource and Sensor / EventSource was created in the same namespace?
