Add checks to Weapons rows to facilitate
to have 0 or more weapons on an Actor and still be able to export PDF.
All I really done is to prepend already existing code with a check to make sure
there are actual list elements to gather from the Actor.
When I tried to use the CoC7 mapping without having at least 4 Weapon
items the mapping would cause errors before this.
