Seedbox installation

rtinst is a seedbox installation script, with additional scripts to help manage the installation. The main installation script has been designed to be as simple to use as possible, with the minimum user interaction.

It has been tested with clean installs of:

Ubuntu 12 (unsupported)
Ubuntu 13 (unsupported)
Ubuntu 14
Ubuntu 15
Ubuntu 16
Ubuntu 17
Debian 7 "Wheezy" (unsupported)
Debian 8 "Jessie"
Debian 9 "Stretch"

Services that will be installed and configured are

1. vsftpd - ftp server
2. libtorrent/rtorrent
3. rutorrent
4. Nginx (webserver)
5. autodl-irssi
6. webmin (optional see section 3.7 in Guide section)
