Motivation: ChannelSetTest is flaky because it doens't wait for events to occurr that it validates. Modifications: - Introduce TestCollectingCompletableSubscriber which allows for tests to wait for specific conditions before delivering events and validation. - Use this in ChannelSetTest Result: ChannelSetTest is more reliable.
