Converted all Packer scripts to use "ansible-local", which will run Ansible within either the AWS EC2 instance, or Virtualbox VM; no longer requiring the deployment host to have Ansible installed, and enabled the use of the EC2 userdata.sh script, which will dynamically configure the EC2 instance on startup, to pull secrets from the AWS Secrets Manager. :)
