Major updates done in 2022 to fix some issues with rdwplus.

Many big changes were made, but the incomplete documentation (particularly examples) meant the package was not in a state fit for resubmission to CRAN.

This release will be immediately overwritten by the release of rdwplus 1.0.0, which contains a set of updates done in 2023 (new documentation, removing dependencies on spatial packages that will become defunct in Oct 2023). This release is only for record-keeping purposes.
